Hello again!
Let me tell you a bit about myself and how I became a Homeopath and Complementary Therapist.

My passion for Homeopathy and Complementary Therapies was sparked about ten years ago when conventional medicine wasn’t working for my particular health problem. From the amazing results I gained from Homeopathy, Flower Essences, Reflexology and Reiki, I was well and truly hooked and knew immediately that I wanted to know more and help people return to health in the way I had…

I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves, and that our bodies do know how to keep us well. However, sometimes our bodies forget how to activate these self healing mechanisms, and so require a little nudge in the right direction.
This is essentially what I see the role of Homeopathy and Complementary Therapies to be.
Conventional medicine suppresses the symptoms, almost telling the body to ‘shut up’ when it produces symptoms.

My job is to help you find and address the issues and underlying cause of your illness so that you can help the body return to a state of health and balance once more.

I aim to give you back the responsibility for your own health but would be honoured to walk with you on your path to health and wellbeing.

I studied Reflexology at the British School of Reflexology.
Alongside studying Reflexology I also gained a diploma in Anatomy & Physiology.
I am registered with the International Federation of Reflexologists, which requires me to undertake Continual Professional Development so that my skills and knowledge are kept fully up to date.

I then went on to become a Reiki Healer, completing Usui Reiki Levels 1 and 2. I have completed my Reiki Master certification, and therefore am able to teach others the wonderful healing art of Reiki.

I have studied all three levels of the Masters Flower Essences and gained practitioner status. Since then I have studied many more lines of Flower Essences, and use them either as a stand-alone therapy or alongside other treatments as an additional support.

I qualified as a Homeopath after completing a three year course with the highly regarded Lakeland College of Homeopathy. I am registered with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, again keeping my knowledge up to date by undertaking CPD.

I have most recently become a registered Maternity Reflexologist, allowing me to specialise in treating people from the pre-conceptual stage right through to the post-natal period and beyond.
